Putting babys breath as a filler isn't very costly, as they're cheap and it also makes them look way more high-end.....!!

Moss, florals, round spheres, metal vase from dollar tree. Tree branch from outside (free) the branch is wrapped in a crystal garland I found at at home stores years back but Amazon has similar options. And gorilla glue hot glue.
