I swas going to go solar with Venture Solar but asked to cancel during the permit stage as their were some permits that would cost me a decent amount of money so I had asked to cancel the installation. They agreed to cancel and then a few months later sent me an invoice saying I owed the almost $2700.00 as a cancellation fee. Has this happened to anyone else? I was not told about this fee before I started the process of them checking on the permits for my house. The permits were for my outdoor above ground pool and deck.
