Mere pass 18 shades wali hai kya inke touch mein water use krna chahiye means wet brush nd ek purple colour hai jo shimmery nhi bt shine wala hai uska kya kaam hota hai nd jo shimmery shades hai kya wo just centre mein apply krne ke liye hai ja fir inner corner??

Can you recommend a powder blush that I can layer over my cream blushes. Every time I try that the powder blush completely makes the base matte and takes away from that cream finish. Can you recommend something that has medium pigmentation & and isnt too matte? 👀
