FYI, they broke up for 2 years. The doctor has OCD so she’s quite intense person. In Thailand hospital, nurses are also doctor’s assistant. Earn’s age are around 22 - 23. She grown up in a nice family that teach them to love and care. So she can’t say that the doctor’s mother is the reason. She also quite naive about love and life because of how Thai parents raise children. So she made a worst mistake with her love life. And Business in Thailand love to hire famous ppl to be their advertising presenter. Hope this might help you understand the situation a bit more.

Fun fact. Orm said in an interview that most of the times you see Earn asleep. Its for real. Orm said she falls asleep easily, and takes naps on set between shoots if there is a bed available and lingling teases her about it.

Like you guys I watched the first episode and couldn't understand the hype. But since Ive had time to spare, I tried watching the other episodes and it does get better in unexpected ways. By the 5th episode, the show has definitely hit its stride. If nothing else, its interesting that this series kickstarted the GL craze in Thailand and its fanbase continues to grow until now. I hope you enjoy and I will look forward to watching your commentaries.

Both Gap and TSOU are very good. TSOU is only 8 episodes so it wont take that long to complete. Gap is the standard bearer for all other GL series that came after it. It is most definitely worth watching.

I'm glad more people are reacting to this show. I think it would make more sense to stick with TSOU because you seem to enjoy it more then Gap and also it's shorter (I think it's only supposed to have 8 ep - not sure). I do prefer Gap though but probably just cuz it was my first gl and it was different times (there were practically no gls out there when it aired).

So in the novel Earn is like 18 or 19 and it says that Lada waits 1 year before they do any hankypanky. If I remember correctly in the novel they date for 3 years and are apart for 1. But the show has different timeline. I think that in the show they are broken up for almost 2 years. The show is it's own thing. I would say it was inspired by the novel but doesn't really follow it.

In the novel, I think when she met fahlada earn is just in near 20.. and the only thing i know for sure is that they’re 6 years apart… and Fun fact Earn mothers in the series is her real mother and also an actress
