Just something to add sharing can build trust especially when the other is doing the same as well as building emotional intimacy. When people feel they know you they often trust you more and feel they can be themselves with you. Sometimes holding back can create distrust but oversharing can lose you respect and be taking advantage of. It's a balance but life is short so it's important we communicate honestly with one another and not be scared to show who we are to others.
