Hello, first of all, you've done a lot progress through out the years, you're about to finish! I would like to ask you about the aspect of possible side effects, have you ever felt any illness after tattoo removal? I want to get one 10x20cm tiger from my forearm but I'm scared of where the ink might end up inside my body.

Hi! I’ve watched your removal progress for a while; each update really inspires me. ❤ Like you said, this is a journey… and at times it can be emotionally, physically, and mentally exhausting. BUT remember the bigger picture. - this isn’t a journey about tattoo removal. *This is the journey of YOUR life.* These tattoos are a part of your life journey and personal story. Who you are now is different than who you were when you originally got the tattoos - the removal itself is a reflection of the change, growth and maturity you’ve experienced in your life. You made this tattoo removal decision intentionally; This decision reflects the shedding of that persona you once had of yourself. There’s no need to regret, dreaming of the perfect skin you had before tattoos. Of course there will be pain, shame, and regret. This is normal, for people with or without tattoos. Everyone holds scars in unique ways. Face the hurt you feel, but remind yourself of the beauty you’ve become, and what you’ve learned. Our scars are meant to teach, guide, and remind us of who we are to our core. Wear the strap tops. Don’t be afraid to show the world your decision to remove your tattoos. Be proud of this decision. If people ask, proudly admit this truth, because there is NO SHAME in being a better version of yourself. Eventually, your tattoos will be unnoticeable, but how will you reflect on the past few years of the journey? That’s what will truly matter. You’re beautiful. Thank you for inspiring me to have the courage to start this journey with you. 🥰❤️🌸🌹

Thank you for posting your tattoo removal journey and sharing with it with everyone. I appreciate the fact that you are continuing to go. I have currently been trying to take off tattoos I get on my collar bones about 5 years ago. It’s lighting but I can still see and there are times I just look in the mirror and stare at them wishing I had never got them. And now I’m currently in the process of getting a rose on my thigh removed and just dreading what the process is going to be and if it’s actually going to come off and how long it will take. I admire your determination to get them off and hope you find your confidence as you’re working through this even if you don’t get the results as fast as you want to. I also hope I find mine. I can’t wait to see what your end results look like!

Sorry I just came to your channel. Have you tried using the Picosure/Picolaser? I had the same results after using the “regular” laser, 6 sessions and I didn’t see them fading after the 3th. At the 7th session with first time using the Pico the result is crazy (especially if you have had color tattoos). “No gonna lie 🤣” Hurts a lot more, especially the healing took me about 2 weeks but it removed so much of the pigment. I hope in 2-3 additional sessions all of it is gone ❤ good luck, excited to see your process 🫶🏽

No amount of sessions is ‘too much’, you continue to have sessions until you’re satisfied with the fading. Some technicians quote 4-6 sessions which is a complete lie for most tattoos.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I learn a lot with your videos. I did a half sleeve on my right arm at 18 years old now i'm 27. I have trouble too accept and love myself because of that... I understand you when you talk about summer and wish wear the clothes you love, be comfortable and feel free oustide with it. You're a very resilient person and i pray that day will come for you soon. 💛

I feel you too. I made 9 years ago, now I am 37 and feel so uncomfortable, unconfident with tattoos. I have almost a sleeve on my right arm. I made all my tattoos while I was depressed. I don’t need these associations anymore. Now all that stops me - it is very expensive for me, but I wish one day I am free from them and can wear any cloth I want. I wish you too to become free of your tattoos ❤

I think 24/7 about mine, I’ve been thru bad times with my self esteem and did a full sleeve tattoo. Regret it everyday, I’m currently saving money to remove all of them. But sometimes I just start overthinking and feeling bad about just not having done that 🥲 Good luck on the process, I remind myself the good side is that we’re able to remove it

Rebecca, thank you for this update! Glad to see you're still pushing forward despite the inevitable ups and downs inherent to the process. As you know, the toughest miles of a long race will always be the last ones. By then you're usually running fatigued physically and mentally, but you muster up whatever is left when you remember that the finish line is closer than you were when you started and it will all be worth it in the end. Keep trudging through the miles and you'll meet up with your goal 😊

Thanks for the update Rebecca. I hope the new laser place means the stubborn ink will be gone soon. I'm in a similar place to you mentally at the moment with my removal - I've had eight sessions and one of the tattoos literally looks like it's had zero sessions :( I'm very interested to know how you find Cloak & Dagger because I'm based in London too. I've tried two places but I'm considering trying yet another one. Wishing you all the best xx

I just had my 9th session on my tattoos. I will need to buy touch ups but I’m almost done. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m hoping this will be my last summer being covered up. Hang in there! We are almost done!!! I think there is laser treatment for scarring as well. I know that’s probably the last thing you want to hear. I wish they had Laser Away in the UK. Their staff has been amazing. They’ve really helped me weather this process. I’ve never had a bad experience with their staff.

Hi Rebecca ! I’m also going through the tattoo removal process, I am across the world from you. It fascinates me how everyone’s experience is different. I've also been removing a dark forearm tattoo for over 5 years. I've had about 15 sessions and I probably have 1 or 2 left until my arm is clear. I'm dealing with some scaring too that I will address once the ink is gone. Last year, I had a fractional co2 laser session which really took a lot of the ink out, but the recovery was significantly longer. It was the last session I've had and I'm still seeing fading from it, so I would recommend it. I totally feel everything you said in this video. Sending lots of peace and love your way!
