And in 2025 the populace will continue to allow for the destruction of much of Lincoln due to bittersweet which nobody cares about the school has dozens of high old growth trees rotten on top as bittersweet has killed them some day some kid gonna be mentally hurt when those. Big dead branches fall on them of course I complain but nobody cares they again gov workers and the crowd follows them while the value of Lincoln should lie for one thing in the value of old growth forests of course if u drive down main drag or got to some special place still some awesome old trees BUT take a walk thru the trails and see the destruction so horrible and fast moving I would love the job of helping get rid of it I even volunteered once to remove it but when it came time to throwing away the branches with big clumps of bittersweet seeds on them the town refused to help me saying I could not p I t at public works pikes of trees etc nor could I put anywhere else the town hall allowed me to put some in their half size dumpster which like there's so much bittersweet you could make acres large piles of it it has to have roots completely removed also or it comes back so need monitoring and destruction of this plant as it has already ruined much of the woods around Lincoln and like I said and I am just a janitor I can't believe all these sofisticated people would allow their properties to be so rapidly devalued along with the poor kids whose education lesson really is teachers and their leaders too worried about own arses kids you go cure the problems we made for you that's your lesson ....great lesson ...watch out if buying in Lincoln and if you do live in Lincoln what have you down to try and solve problem of grand scale???atleast I offered to help so there's a part of Lincoln you should be told about and the Cordova is only free if you Lincoln resident like me

Number One CON: The students. More specifically U-Mass off campus students. They're horrible. U-Mass has a party culture. Like many college towns, there are beer pong tables on every lawn, their yards are covered in red cups and beer cans, you are woken up at all hours by drunken students screaming, parties, blasting music, they litter, they park in yr driveway and on yr sidewalks to attend said parties. There is a lot of entitlement in display. We pay $10,000 in taxes to thwart off borderline invasion of drunken kids, it changes from semester to semester depending on the students that live in the surrounding houses. The kids pay no taxes. They don't care about the community or being considerate. Some landlords are great and discuss with their tenants being considerate, but some just don;t care b/c they don;t live here or next to the houses that are a problem so it isn't their problem, its just business for them. And in recent years U-Mass has set up reps to the community when repeat offenders are a problem, and the students are supposed to give their neighbors a heads up when they're planning parties, but frequently do not. To be fair, these are not all the students, but we do have a major problem here with them and it causes tension in the town, and takes away from our enjoyment of living here. When the students leave, it is a GREAT rural town full of VERY nice local residents. Great nature trails, great local culture, okay to very good eating. We celebrate when the students are gone. It's ABSOLUTELY lovely. Come through!

I'm a 5th Generation Bostonian, my mother is from Cambridge, and my father is from Hyde Park. Their parents are also from the area, and one of my paternal great-grandfather lived in Quincy when he emigrated from Poland. So, being born and raised in Massachusets, and in the Boston area, you're absolutely right about all your points. But, there is no other place I would ever consider moving to. Anyone I know who moved away from Massachusetts has always come back. I loved you're video, and I hope to see more.

I grew up my entire life in Massachusetts and I can say I'm not a fan. The liberal laws are ridiculous. You cannot buy fireworks for the 4th of July because its illegal. You have to go to New Hampshire and can get pulled over by state troopers and pay a fine if you do that. My car got a flat tire from the terrible potholes in the roads which are always under construction. People are definitely rude too. Not very friendly at all. Cigarettes and alcohol is healthily taxed. Also everything is so damn expensive too. The average house sells for $460,000 and there's no night life in the state everything shuts down after 10pm. If you like keeping your money and not being taxed to death I highly recommend you don't live here. It's a nice state if you're a rich progressive liberal who grew up in a blue blood family but if you're a middle class worker with conservative values this is not your start.
