We don't do anything either, no little kids in the family and we live to far out of town to participate. But I have heaps of spooky vibe stickers so wanted to use them. I does bug me that seasonally the holidays don't match etc so I'm trying to go with the mantra of its just a fun holiday.

Oh Dayle, those flowers are gorgeous🌺. I totally get what you mean when you say neutral colour. Kind of like bland colour. Yeah I know what you mean. I totally am very well known to always think the worst and go so far into overthinking everything. Anyway I have had a PJ day today and am so happy and content to see your video tonight, and it is the last video I am watching for today💝. I am working tomorrow and Monday, and that's why I decided to have my PJ day today and I sorted out some of my planner stickers and did some washing and pottered around doing odd jobs. What an amazing spread💖

Looks great, I was very greatful when I seen it was just the screen protector broken there was definitely a huge sigh. I'm off tomorrow but back to work all week. I was really happy with how the spread turned out.

"Why are my tweezers not tweezing" 😂😂 I laughed so hard at this! I actually can't use those hooked tweezers, I always end up getting things stuck where I didn't quite want them. I have slightly longer, extra pointy tweezers and I love them. I rarely do a birthday spread for myself. My birthday is near enough to halloween that they can end up on the same weekly spread and I just love halloween kits too much to skip it 🎃 Happy birthday!

Im not perimenopausal yet, but I've had The Itch my whole life. I have eczema and skin sensitivities to nearly everything under the sun. It's an awful mix...for my sanity, i live on caffeine and antihistamines. 😅

As you should be, I remember many many years ago when I was a smoker I asked someone to toss me my lighter they did and I caught it left handed with out looking "Daredevil" style and I agree I'm super proud of that catch. But I can't lay a sticker straight or cut a straight line to save my life.

Hi Dayle, I am sorry to hear you are not able to continue your cleaning business💖. In regards to looking for work, I resigned from nursing for 24 years due to physical and mental health reasons and I still needed to work. I started applying for multiple positions and I have ended up working in retail at an auto services shop and I feel like this is my dream job, I am in my element with my love of cars and all related products. I looked at all the job services, what I mean is job search places like seek and there is also others but right now I can't recall what they are, sorry🥺. I was also keeping an eye out on local businesses websites as sometimes they only advertise on their own website. You can apply or enquire about a specific job you are interested in and you could ask if they would offer you the training or if you need to have a qualification behind you before applying🤷. If you also make sure you have an up to date resume and include things like * Willing to learn * Fast learner * Ability to work independently * Excellent time management * Reliable employee * And anything other skills you have. There are some good resume templates in Microsoft word, that's what I used to update my 24 year old resume. I do hope this helps and I hope this doesn't upset you because that is not my intent, I am trying to cover everything that came to my mind about when I was changing professions after 24 years. You did a great job. I really like the stencil you used. Just a tip, tap the stamp with the actual pad, it tends to put more ink on the stamp. The colours were a pretty combination as well. Love the nail colour too ❤❤❤

Baby wipes, non scented and no alcohol is what I use on my stamps. I think I bought my stamp blocks either from Kmart or Reject shop, maybe Spotlight. Those stamps are good, I think the ink pad is either drying out or not stark enough. For Black I use Momento Tuxedo Black. I sometimes use stamps on my spreads if I just don't have the right stickers. I don't even try to line up my alphabet stamps as it never works out. I purposely stamp each one a bit askew so they look informal and bit crazy. In my mixed media Art Journal I use, inks, stamps, scrapbook paper, ephemera, stenciling the list goes on. Very therapeutic. For quotes I often use a Dymo label machine. If you enjoy stamping there is a whole new rabbit hole you can fall down choosing ink pads, I use Stampin UP, Distress Oxides, Versafine (you can buy these in Spotlight) I love my papercraft but boy its an expensive habit💕💕💕

on June 22 i'm going to a paper craft workshop and i'm pretty sure the lady hosting it is a 'Stampin up' consultant. what sort of things do you put in your art journal i was looking for a way to be creative and try new things and use some of the stickers etc that i'm hoarding but i don't necessarily need it to be deep and meaningful feelings etc i have my regular journal for that. i have started but then i stopped so its only got my name and a photo of myself (i don't take nearly enough photo's of myself) and i used some scrapbook paper but then i got stuck so put it away. it is definitely a work in progress and yes the rabbit hole is wide and deep

That new desk organiser looks amazing💞. I have all my different markers in containers and laying down as that is how I have been told to store them since I was a kid and now I am 44. I bought the small containers from kmart and just have my little trolley on wheels with 4 levels and I bring it close when I need anything from it and it's easy access.

Thanks for sharing Dayle, your planner pages look fantastic. My planning is a bit of hit and miss lately. More miss than hit really. Same with my goals....non existent at the moment. I have all the desires to use my planner everyday but I am a tad overwhelmed as I think I have too many planners to deal with. Do you just have the one planner? I have a house planner, a self care all about me planner, a catch all planner, an on the go planner, health and well being, faith planner and also keep a budget planner. All different sizes so no franken planning for me. Oh and my daughter and son in law are moving to Tassie, so sometime next year I will be in Tassie for sure.

I have my big which is my catch all and a classic that I use for work, and a classic I use as a journal tho I haven't touched it in months. That's so exciting for your family, I hope they find Tassie really lovely. Don't let your planners overwhelme you they are a tool, they are fun but a tool. Have you though about Frankenplanning?
