Hi Stephan. New viewer here. This Case Backhoe 580c would have been built in factory where we live only 10 mile / 20 kilometers away. They are still made there today . Not even sure what current build model number is now,,and drive by their display unit there about once every two weeks, :) Have often wondered if their sales numbers are down,or if they ship these more on rail cars nowadays. We used to see semi after semi going up and down the roads with two of these loaded on back. Now is rare to see semis with case backhoes going down the road. Not sure what has changed. They are the standard for home builders to have around for a mule .

The 580C is a great machine , especially with the extend a hoe , kind of a rare option in 77 .

I just saw them in concert last night for the first time in a small venue in Montreal. They only have one album to their credit but the music is awesome. The show was awesome. I hope they put out more material soon.
