President Bio’s UNSC reform proposal is not only out of touch with global realities but also risks wasting valuable diplomatic capital on a cause that is unlikely to bear fruit. Also you can help clean it. We always think it’s someone else’s job when we can be part of the solution. We have the same problem in my country and I’m starting waste management classes so that I can go back home and clean up the plastic waste. Let’s all think how we can get our hand dirty in cleaning up our environment.

I don’t think you really understand the report. There is no part in it that blames government. I clearly stated that it seems like the waste is coming from houses from the hilltop and the surrounding. Is that blaming government? I don’t think so. The only thing I mentioned in the end is that I don’t know if FCC is responsible for cleaning it up. I continued that if they are, it’s a matter of urgency. So sometimes don’t just accuse when you don’t fully understand. I’m aware that citizens have the responsibility of keeping the environment clean.
