I would invest in a school . We need to find licensed people . Both of you should get all the licenses and then you’ll be good enough . Turn those properties into schools . Change the game . We have work , and you can always buy other buildings . You cam charge a fee for the classes and some people can get sponsored with a contract to work with you as apprentice and then paid . Opportunity .

School , school is the way ! And provide them with on the job experience . That’s all you need to do . Buy a building with commercial space and use the commercial space for the school and the building as on the job training . Renovate and teach .

You need to build a team ans it’s gonna cost money but you can get it back from the government. Teach them the skills they need like framing and electrical . Teach plumbing and hire a plumber and electrician with a license to teach . Bring them on the team . It will develop over 7-10 years , you will have created electricians and other professionals who work for you but they also provide quality worl for everyone’s safety . We need more skilled tradesmen and the work is always available anyhow but Teams aren’t . They become expensive , they become too busy , so we need a lot of professionals . All those kids are pro’s potentially . Imagine how many jobs you could do with 12’pros or 12 pro’s in training . They can take classes online too. When they not working under the instruction of a licensed professional .

If you have some money , wait and find a corner building with commercial space at the bottom . Building owners charge high rents so it’s hard to open a store es commercial space for the full effect
