You can fit a military survival kit from BCB in the bag, if you want something more versatile.

Definitely too expensive for the Adventure Kit. If I can buy the individual items myself, and those manufactures makes money on those items, for way less than $80, then yes, it's too expensive. A company should be able to sell me something for less than I can buy it myself, they get a great discount by buying in bulk, that I don't get. I'm pretty sure Walmart pays $1 for a flashlight they sell me for $10.

People, simply make your own and save a shitload of money. These kits don't know if you're in the desert, arctic, or swamp. Only YOU know where you're heading.

Thank you! As you were adding to the kit, I was like.. what about socks and underwear??? It's rarely included in prep-style videos. Thank you for including them! Life sucks in wet socks.

Nearly every single fishing kit I ever see has huge hooks. I've never used bigger then a #6 egg hook, and I've landed 18 inch trout.

Solid kit. Love the bag. I use those small plastic boxes for everything. I get them from my toothpicks I religiously use daily (Tea Tree Therapy). Great review by the way.

You said you never served in the military … you sat at home playing with your twig and berries so what do you know about good quality really .. you can buy the Walmart brand of Vaseline or brand name Vaseline it is good quality because you can still play with your twig and berries

Extra big bag is what I was missing. Strong bags are incredibly versatile #1 being collecting and transporting water. If you wrap a bag around a leafy branch/bush it even collects water from them.Old bush trick.

Those god awful plastic tweezers are a joke. Stainless steel is almost as cheap and is easier to clean, provides more gripping power over time.

IMO shelter is the most important. You can get hypothermia at 65°F, and being wet can bring that closer to 75°. Getting hypothermia can end your journey in a few hours time, far faster than lack of water.

For $6 its not bad, and there's plenty of room in the box/case to add more to it. Its the kind of thing I'd buy as a base, add to it and leave it in the car permanently.

Great kit and great review! I bought a similar one about a year ago, and added the following items: a mini headlamp, some waterproof paper, an alert card, glucose tablets, rehydration salts, hemostatic powder, eugenol ( for toothaches) and activated carbon pills (for food intoxication). For those to fit in, I reduced the amount of bandaids and gauze pads.

….i have been introduced to you via my husband & his randomization on odd KZbin videos… and I am not a Tv person at all. When I lost most of my hearing, my fucks ran out for tv, so… yeah. Picture it, a hardcore zombie apocalypse, limited choices for tv or radio… and… your survival channel is the sole choice for my listening pleasure-- okay??? I would immediately stop what I was doing… and I would go outside & throw myself at the nearest zombie to be bitten & just get it all over with. I just can’t, man. Best of luck to you, but possibly liven it up a bit & it may widen your audience.

Have a Bandanna wrap around the water bottle. Helps to stop rattling between cups and bottle and also it can be used to filter water of larger debris, general wiping and wet it, put around the neck to keep the neck cool. Throw in few industrial grade trash bag and carabiners too. Should you need to use the bag (hopefully not). Certain items will be taken out as body carry item and u will have empty space to throw things into trash bag and into the bag. Carabiners to help u hang additional items on the outside of the bag as u travel. PS. Plus i like to add some trick candles too. Good simple light source at camp that does get easily blow out by wind. 🤭
