New to WCN, love the way you manage the audio, at 1st I was like wtf is going on with my speakers. Great interview.

Tip for anyone wanting to get into soldering: Get a decent soldering iron. The really cheap ones are trash and youll never get anywhere. The weller wlc100 is like 40 bucks and works great. Use plenty of flux. Get decent solder. I always thought i was bad at soldering till i acquired decent gear. Turns out it wasnt my lack of skills haha.
@WhiteCentipedeNoiseАй бұрын
That's a great tip - thanks!

@@WhiteCentipedeNoise Yep yep. 100% of the people I talk to that say they suck at soldering are using something they got for 5-10 bucks at harbor freight or on amazon. Those things are absolutely useless.

Max Julian Eastman was the first & (until now) only person who showed interest in some stuff i released almost 30 years ago with my small (& ultra-obscure) tape label Allegorical Tapes, which was active between 1994 and 1999 in Savona, Italy: Lunus; Sado Vision; Die Sonne Satans. So, thank you Tribe Tapes!

This was a great interview! Max and Oskar delve into how the past history of the 1980's cassette culture is relevant to what is happening now in 2024. Max was great to work with, and was very passionate about the Helltown Inc. re-release on Tribe Tapes. It was a Godsend to work with Max and continue to work with him going forward from Helltown Inc., and his own sound work is both creative and personal, I recommended it to anyone looking for anyone seeking a progressive and truly experimental approach to modern noise and soundwork!
