Maybe it’s nostalgia, seems the production on the F8 releases was high quality and has a sound that stands out amongst many of the producers during that time, nostrum and sunbeam deserve their credit.

I still have my F8 records, do you? Heck, I remember that tiny record shop on Haight st. in San Fransisco that Mars and Mystre owned and operated called F8 records. It was the world's first cybertrance record store. Great tunes and parties those guys threw too. 25yrs or so ago already, time flies.

still remember how blown away i was with the sound of this record back in the day. especially being played in the warehouses just gave it that room sound that made it sound even more amazing live.

There was a great little shop I’d get mix tapes in San Jose . First place I heard you. The tapes were great partners on heavy candy-flip trips. . Your music pulled me from some dark places and bad trips: thanks for the Memories!!

Right on Sarah ! Yeah what happened to our brother Mystery / Eric . Remember when we always knew ware to find our friends . It was our own powerful close network of love. To have beautiful experiences like that with Mars and Mystery , only to have them suddenly cease is a shame.

You guys have always held a special place in my heart ever since I was a young teen who couldnt even attend parties and would eagerly anticipate your new tunes dropping on Subsonic every Saturday night back in the day and would visit the shop on Haight street and buy as much vinyl as I could afford back then. Yo seriously. Most of the music from the vinyl era is being lost to time. If a song isn't digitized now it's like it never existed. We can't have the history of trance being lost. Mars, find your DAT's and get them on Bandcamp or something. A lot of artists have been doing that lately. I bought Nuw Idol's entire discography a few months ago and then Choo-Choo records last week. I'd love to be able to get he Frequency 8 discography as well.
