Hi! I know this is an old video but I will give this a shot anyways. Is there a chance you could make the rulebook for the version of the game you have available? I just bought a copy of the game and it doesn't have the rules. There are rules available online but none of them are for this version of the game and it would be nice to have the correct one incase of any differences (such as the dog). Thanks in advance!

You should be in charge of explaining every board game. You were able to give a complete and clear explanation of the game in 1/4 the time of everybody else.

You stated at the beginning of the video that hallways and stairs count as rooms. Per the rule book: “hallways (and stairways) do not count as rooms, so you can step through them freely. In fact you’re *not allowed* to stop in a hallway.”

Where does it say that. I'm looking at the instructions and under step 1-Moving it states "you may take one free step in any direction to an adjacent room. Hallways and stairways count as rooms"

Unless they changed the rules in later editions of the game. I am borrowing the game from one of my friends and it does seem well used

I have the Deluxe 24 3/4 edition, and the rules state that hallways and stairways don’t count as movement, so it seems perhaps the rules were tweaked a bit.

Great quick summary of rules. Thank you! However, I need to know, how did you do that editing trick with the ship moving along the track. It's clearly one continuous shot, but the ship piece blends seamlessly into the board...like magic!! 😱

@@anthino72 It's bad wording, but I looked it up on BGG. At the beginning of your turn you have to discard any OTHER (additional) card from beside your board. They should have said "other", because you can't discard the cursed card.

If you are last, it's your turn. When you move, you can go wherever you want up to the next Inn. You don't actually want to rush, so you don't go from Inn to Inn. There is a limit to how many players can stop in a spot, so you may have to wait for another player to give room to the Hotspring or Shrine or else. Hope that clears it :)
