I played a resonator in his shop after his passing. It sang beautifully but wasn't for sale. Since then I have been on the lookout for any Don Young guitars. No luck yet, but all this time later and I'm still searching because it was so perfect sounding! He had a gift!

Norm was my great uncle. He’s the reason I love the blues as much as I do. I felt like looking him up to see what I’d find and I found you first. I miss the man and I appreciate him a lot and I know you do as well. Great video. Great find.

Gosh Heidi, just so you know, when you left Seinfeld, the show somehow became quite useless.

She answers questions in a circle, just like Kamala Harris, very irritating. Uncanny resemblance - no wonder all the regular actors asked Larry David to write her off the series.

I think you'll be amazed on how easy it is to get started in these finger-picking styles, and take your playing to the next level.

My dad had one in the 50’s...reclaimed after the passing of his dad. I always thought it would be cool to have it nickel plated. He traded it off for a fiddle...before I was old enough to tell him otherwise. He played it like a lap steel...also a 5 string banjo...2 finger style with what I would call a syncopated rhythm. I’ve heard a lot of banjo players over the years...and not one that had his style. 😂 He passed in 92...and I have one of his banjos. Weighs a ton. He had an old Kay...by my standards...which he bought new. I learned how to play the guitar and playing together...are some of my best memories. If you know any 2 finger banjo pickers that pick with a syncopated rhythm...I’d appreciate you letting me me know. Foot note...Because of corrosion...nickel plating the dobro...probably wasn’t a good idea. 😂👍🏻
