Singing in a choir such as Rock Choir can be so uplifting. If you feel a bit down in the mouth and maybe can't really be bothered doing anything much I'd highly recommend joining a choir. Singing with a choir has really helped me. Singing with friendly, like-minded people has re-energised me mentally and has re-booted my confidence and outlook on life. Take care.

Stumbled on these video’s by accident. I knew Dave about 16 years ago when he was playing in the same ceilidh band as my wife. The last time I saw him was when he was playing a gig with The Welsh T Band at a pub near to where we live. He gave me one of the bands T-Shirts which I still have and still wear. Was wearing it once when a folk singer (Nick Dow) said I have just booked that band for The Colne Blues festival. Enjoyed Dave speaking of his life in music and hope to get in touch again with him.
