I did this alongside working my regular job and quickly got interested in Pilates and so followed this with training to be a Pilates instructor. I now work for an independent studio and a large gym teaching classes. The opportunity has been there to work as a PT also but I’ve found my passion in Pilates. It is a fair walk but not too far. The beach is stunning, lovely soft sand and the sea is beautiful 🏝️ If you do go, you’ll have a great time 😊

There isn’t a beach bar but the pool bars are not far to get drinks from and take them down onto the beach with you 🍸

All the theory work is online using their platform which is really easy to navigate. The final assessment I did in the gym (Welwyn Garden City) but it can be filmed and submitted that way if you’d prefer (or cannot get to their gym location) However I’d really recommend attending in person. It was so useful to speak in person with the assessor (who was really supportive) and made me feel so much more confident in my ability 😊

Hi, we didn’t have any vaccinations. I think there may be some that they recommend on Government sites but we didn’t feel the need to have any. Hope that helps 😊

I’m the same, belts always rub on me or move up and down which is off putting. This vest is fab, I only wear it for longer runs where I’ll need water etc but it’s super comfy and easily forget it’s there. Good luck with your running 😊

We were block 3 middle floor of 3. Yes there is a large window in the master bedroom. Enjoy your stay, you’ll have a great time 😊

We went in July 2023. The weather was perfect. I think the temperature/weather is pretty much the same all year round as the island sits on the equator. You do not need to tip at all, we took some extra euros and tipped our taxi driver and used the change we had left over to tip some of the waiters who looked after us well. It’s not expected at all but rather just appreciated. Hope that helps 😊
