Thanks so much for your wonderful tutorial. I also wonder how to make the ken burn text to be animation movement on top of the Ken burn style? Your advice is appreciated.
@LearningMediaSkills12 күн бұрын
Yes, this is possible. Put your Timeline cursor at the beginning of the text you want to animate. Select it with your mouse. In Inspector switch to Settings. Click on the top right hand diamond. All of the diamonds should turn red. Move your timeline curser to the point in the text where you want the animation to stop. Make the adjustments to the zoom and position of the text so that it places the text where you want it at the end of the animation. Play it to see if the speed is what you want. if not, slide your timeline cursor along until the diamond of the keyframe lights up. Mak adjustments as needed.

This is the first time in coming across your channel and as someone who is looking to get into photography a but more, this video was quite informative and while there was a lot I already had from what I’ve picked up before, you did a great job of explaining. I’d love to see what you would do and recommend for the tone control and photographic styles of the iPhone 16!

Thanks for your feedback! Right now I am locked in to a two-year contract with my iPhone 15 ProMax. But the new Camera control button looks helpful. . I may have to do a early upgrade. Generally speaking, I like to take the most neutral shot in whatever camera I am using and then add any adjustments to tone or photostyles when I am editing the photo in Lightroom or Photoshop. Sometimes cameras or phones will "Bake In" a filter and it is hard to then go back to a natural look. But that is just me. I know a lot of people like to quickly upload filtered shots to Social Media so if that is your thing, try them all out and see what you think!

My experience with the R7 is that when I take a photo with the electronic shutter, a picture is taken directly on the sensor. This prevents motion blur due to the mechanism of the shutter. This gives you a pinsharp picture. Now a question about the Canon 90D. If I take a shot in "live view" with the Canon 90D, is that comparable to the shot with the electronic shutter of the R7? Doesn't the 90D also see the image via the sensor? does this also produce a pinsharp picture? Is this different than with the R7?

Dear sir, thanks for your lessons and tips. They're helping too much to many people who loves to take photos like me. I want to ask something that I need to know. I bought a 90D, three years ago but never satisfied with it. I already have a 250D and a 850D too. I bought Canon's L lenses for 90D but never approach to the lower models' image sharpness. Especially panorama or nature views photos (far area details) are terrible about sharpness. But the photos of the objects which I took from near distances have incredible high quality. It had another problem about focusing and I've sent it to Canon official service, they repaired the focusing problem and updated the firmware. But the sharpness problem still continues. With every lens of mine, 90D has the same fault. I can see the difference of the image detail qualities between other models in all photos when I compare both pics taken from the same place, same adjustments and under same light. It's like, 90D cannot see or capture the details after 4 or 5 meters away. It's giving hypermetropic effect to the photos. I discussed it with some other 90D users in blogs and all of them sent me very sharp samples of their cameras. I reapplied to Canon service, but I didn't turn back to me (Canon's service in Türkiye is another problem). With all due respect, I would like to ask you to tell me whether the 90D's problem of focusing on distant subjects and sharpness is chronic. What should I do? I cannot get results with the service. Does this camera have a hardware fault? Or is this normal, what I'm experiencing and thinking is a malfunction? Depending on your guidance, I will either buy a new camera or switch to another brand. I would be very glad if you help. Thank you. 🙏🙏

First - I love your style of teaching!!! If I were to switch over to 4K Filming, will I still be able to, after editing on Premiere Pro, use an export mode that will condense the video, to what was a 5GB video to a 3GB video without using the best quality features Premiere Pro offers? I'm asking because our company is now taking my videos, which I've exported in the higher quality mode, to upload on OS, who is saying they need the videos to be a certain size., less than 5G. This may sound like a ridicules question for a professional like you, but I'm trying to keep up with the ever changing technical world to allow me to keep my work up-to-date. I've been filming for 12 years and have managed to learn what I need to make my videos look professional for my company who uses them to teach on KZbin. And now we are using the videos to sell on our site. We do have webmasters who are very skilled, but I don't think they know about the 4K update in the filming industry and I know they will want to know the answer to the question I've asked. thank you for taking the time to help me with this issue. I'm sure I'll have more questions after I've had a chance to view all you YT tutorials, which I'm finding very informative.

I am a semi-retired professional from "Hollywood" and have worked with many 'big names', so when I say this is by far the best, most professional presentation I have seen about this terrific little camera/video production tool. Your voice, demeanor, and calm delivery makes listening to you a real pleasure. I also appreciate the fact that you know there is no reason to put an irritating sound track that most of the other tutorials pack into the background 'wall to wall'-verging on being in the foreground so that we can hardly hear the important information that we need to hear. At 77 (going on 47), I am able to grasp your careful points, one by one, for the first time in looking for tutorials of this camera. NOTE TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS: If you lock this camera down on a proper tripod and feed the image to a Atomos Ninji V, (The in camera card will not capture enough quality) That gets the audio from quality Sony wireless mics, boom mics, etc. You CAN shoot a feature film with this camera, especially shooting multi R50 cameras. [I am used to use Panavision/Arri BL35mm cameras that cost $100K so this says a lot about my impression of this camera] I look forward to watching all of this man's video tutorials!! Thank you, sir!

Another easy method: apply the film damage effect on the clip and deactivate the scratch as well as turn down the spot intensity, play around with the temp shift and other sliders.

First of all, I want to commend your lecture on the Canon 90D and photography and videography in general. I asked Big to tell me more about the lenses you use on this camera. Do you have any recommendations for a versatile lens for this camera? If you had to choose just one lens for both photography and videography, what lens would it be? Thank you, I'm hoping for a quick response and possibly a video on the subject.
