Your ignorance regarding assylum seekers coming to the UK is astounding bordering on embarrassing.. people like you are a big part of the problem with your woke views.Leave the problem to people who care about uk citizens protection.

There is no such thing as, psychological safety. However. There is if you speak, the response, " John there appears a serious question as to how you have been charging on your time card.". Welcome to suddenly discovering the challenging opportunities awaiting you in the fast food industry. Go ahead, speak up, share, you'll look good in that " be all you can be ", stunning burger paper service counter cap. What fentanyl world do you live in ? Ours is unforgiving. Best wishes.

Primary care sounds like a fluffy way of out-sourcing, failed physicians... Privitisation is the only way forward, from a management point of view

As I understand it, Sir Derek Wanless was employed by the Labour Party and Gordon Brown to review funding and make recommendations regarding the NHS. He states that between 2002 and the time of the interview spending on the NHS went up 50% in real terms. (in just 5 years) It is also interesting that even back then Sire Derek candidly states that extra spending on pay rises 'doesn't look very promising' or 'disappointing' in terms of improved outcomes and productivity. In my opinion the NHS is too big. It needs to be broken into smaller units. I also think it would be better if not run by politics. I think an independent body made up of a multidisciplinary team including medical, logistical and commercial people should be overseeing the NHS, not Government Ministers. In 2024, it is the case that Germany employs approximately 50% more Doctors per capita, and has about 50% more hospital beds per capita, yet spending is only about 15% more per capita, so Germany appears to be getting more Doctors and more beds per capita for each £1m spent. Why? I think the answer is complex, but we need to know. We need to learn that, but because of politics it just goes around in circles.

This over - simplified recording doesn't mention the very key issue that the new legislation provides a much bigger opportunity for the involvement of private providers within the NHS, hence the draining of resources from direct person centred care. It fails to report that private providers can be represented on the intergrated care system boards which allocate resources. In this instance, they will have very real vested interests in allocating contracts to their own companies. We have a right, as the funders of this whole system through our taxes , to this information, as this change has no political mandate. I'm disappointed that the King's Fund, which has usually been very clear and candid in its approach, has apparently gone with the flow...

Abolish the NHS it’s a joke. It makes private health care more expensive and exclusive. You are then basically forced to use a crumbling system when you have something wrong. If you barely use the service then it’s kind of unfair seeing people using it weekly even for minor things like a paper cut! The people who come into this country have not contributed in anything hence everything is crumbling like out water treatment and the nhs. Take your money out of Britain as quick as your can the ship is sinking ⛴️

There's so much in this film that illustrates the individual and collective effort that is needed to help people to feel that they belong. And then - right at the end - is this quote from Stephane: "Quite often, when we chose to do it for others, we do it for ourselves." So, by helping others we are helping ourselves and by helping ourselves we are helping others = Belong in Plymouth.

Personally encountered some non-white people in senior commissioning positions but they were men. Main issues were: i) presuming we obtained a work contract through nepotism rather than due to the fact that we’ve grafted our way up both professionally and academically. ii) Caucasians viewed as assertive v non-white women viewed as “aggressive” iii) Pathologising our cultural, humour and personality differences. Disgraceful iv) Racial gaslighting: psychological manipulation that makes people of color question their own experiences of racism. That said I was always treated with the utmost respect by most Directors, surgeons and professors across all areas of expertise.

Privatization is a major threat to the NHS which is not mentioned in the video as it drains much needed resources from frontline services into the pockets of profit driven private companies.
@inbb510
@inbb510 6 ай бұрын
I really don't see how privatization in-and-of-itself is a threat to the NHS though. Have you ever seen how healthcare works in countries like France, Germany, Netherlands or even Japan? These countries follow a more Bismarckian healthcare system than a top-down government-run model like our NHS. In essence, it follows a hybrid model where every resident is obliged to be covered under a statutory health insurance which is funded through taxes and social security contributions and this could be topped-up with private insurance. These come from a selection of not-for-profit private health insurance companies where people can choose their healthcare plan according to their needs. In France, the government reimburses 70% of your healthcare costs. This percentage is even higher depending your employment status, financial situation or the severity of the illness where it can be as high as 100%. For people who are more financially affluent, they can choose to increase this reimbursement to 100% through their private health insurance known as "mutuelles". The hybrid system has time-and-time again proved to outperform our socialised model in terms of the quality of care, waiting lists and adoption of technology. Our NHS is too inefficient due to high bureaucracy and governments not wanting to take risks (i.e. innovate) with public money due to high political costs of failed innovation. The fact that our healthcare is free regardless of the person's economic background and the nature of the appointments is exacerbating our waiting list crisis.

Ooooh and no private business involved🤔🤔🤔 This is exactly what was planned, make it so more difficult, so most of the funds are awarded to private business and hey presto the NHS is now totally private. Most hospitals are now trusts, nothing to do with the NHS anymore, eventually mandatory health insurance policies will be required. This is the very last national service to be consumed by neo liberalism, the people of the British isles have lost all we had. Now it’s the corporate elite, predominantly from the good old Usa who are in charge now.
