If you're divorced and she's in a relationship with someone else.... you're the one hanging on to something that isn't there. That's not "no contact," that's "it's over." Same. But probably like for the third time. Serious this time? Who knows? Great person when she liked you, but had some mental issues that made things difficult. Not that I'm perfect either. Made communication seem impossible when she disregards everything you've said, twists your words to make you seem like a bad person. I love her, and I will for as long as I live, but I can't be with her when she doesn't reciprocate it, or try. Being around her was very painful, not being in a relationship anymore, and no way I can ever be friends with an ex. I realized it's probably for the best, secure in being single. Put in my 120% in effort in improving myself and trying, guess I'm just better for whoever comes next. I love her dearly, so if she's happy with someone else, it's a damn miracle that she can even have a meaningful relationship, and I'm happy for her.

But bro, that’s exactly where you are wrong here. You’re not supposed to be doing it to “reap the benefits from it.” With that mindset she’s never going to come back and contact you. It’s only when you have truly let her go will she feel that the no contact is real and then she may come back. But doing it just for the hope that it will bring her back very rarely works.

@@monicastricker3582 a lawyer works as long as you give him an $8000 retainer and then every time they talk it cost you money so no that’s not an option. but I did find out I paid off my house in December. My wife walked out in December. I went and looked at my finances only to find she took $140,000 out of the line of credit and got a $90,000 inheritance from her mother so she took all this money and ran away and after we sell the house 140 thousand I have to pay half and the 90000.
