Funniest moment in the whole first Avengers movie is Loki getting ragdolled by Hulk. Bottom line, non-negotiable. Even if I'm having a bad day, that moment never fails to make me laugh.

I still laugh at all of the funniest scenes to Avengers, but one of my favorite funny lines is Thor saying about Loki "He's adopted" and Ironman witty jokes on Thor in the forest.
