Outstanding lass, well done it’s nice to see that you also flow with your music. I’m returning to brass after 20 years of not playing so I’m still at an early stage, but it’s still there just a tad rusty so it’s practice, practice, practice until I build my confidence back up again to hopefully join a local band.

This is fun! I'm not sure what it's from, but it feels familiar. Like, I've heard it while watching our hero chasing the bad guy, or something.😊👍

It's such a funky piece. This movement represents the gear changes of Dorothy Levitt (The Fastest Girl on Earth) in her Napier racing car!!

This reminds me of a question I had asked my band instructor back in school: why don't brass quintets use baritone horns instead of trombones? His answer was that "they just don't." This proves that he was right, in that there is absolutely NO GOOD REASON why brass quintets should NOT use baritone horns, other than the amount of awesome is just too much for an audience. 😁👍👍
@amy_ewen2 жыл бұрын
Ha! I agree, baritones should be used more in chamber ensembles than they currently are!
@andyking8944 жыл бұрын
You play this as if each of the notes is one of your children, and the horn is your soul mate. I hope that doesn't sound too creepy. I just mean that I can tell you genuinely enjoy playing, and it comes through in the music.👍
