I so needed to hear this. I am going through this very thing with my son's father. I believe he is a narcissist and attempting any kind of co-parenting has been exhausting. If it weren't for ny son, I would cut him completely out of my life because I am tired of being blamed for everything. I used to feel like i had to explain myself to others but it takes up so much energy that it's not worth it. Being at peace is what I value the most so this video was a reminder to not feed into their energy. Thank you 🙏🏾

So many gems in this podcast, Lisa! 🫂"You cannot have healthy love with someone until you have it with yourSelf." 💎 "Healthy love is a 2-way street. It's about balance, giving and receiving in a way that feels natural, not forced." 💎 "Healthy Accountability is rooted in love, not judgement." 💎 "Healthy love encourages you to grow, evolve, and chase your dreams - it doesn't feel threatened by your success or independence. Healthy love says, Hey - let's grow together." 💎 I'm so grateful for my husband who came into my life when I was 46 y/o and he was 53. God finally sent me Healthy Love after decades of Unhealthy survival relationships. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
