As a combat veteran 2 tours, I took the challenge and lost in the 1st minute. I remember my Father hugging at the airport and saying "i proud of you son". Miss you dad.

My mate queens guard went out Afghan at 18 in 2013 unfortunately came home with schizophrenia from stress. He witness nato partner us. Jackle went. Over explosives it blow truck into air. 50 cal gunner was crouched death. My ,mate Lewis now on heavy drugs he never get better from

I'm watching this video 12-7-23 at 4:42pm. I was thinking who is still alive. I probably shouldn't have said that but that's what popped into my head. I started to tear up when I saw the little girl with pink top and black leggings coming down the stairs to see her dad. The kids video's are always hard to watch the smaller ones that don't understand why they can't see there mom or dad very often. Hopefully the last half of there schooling the parent can find work in there town. I have a nephew in the Army and I can't see him every often besides my brother was in the Air Force but he didn't have a job that he had to be gone for months at a time. My nephew is a pilot he said to me two and a half years ago the last time I saw him and now he has a son that's a year and a half years old. In the Spring I think he was deployed.

Nothing will ever compare to that time period. I miss those days... Now i'm camouflaged in a world of people that are dead inside, teying to blend in. My buds scattered with families and kids, and we're all alone on the inside, secretly missing those days more than anything.. Every time we get together wich barely happens once a year, we all watch these kind of videos and bawl our eyes out, trying to bring back to live that old feeling wich i can't explain. It was the best experience anyone could have.
