According to my information Capital Smart City's NOC will be provided by RDA. It means that its in Rawalpindi, not islamabad.

Sir can you suggest paying in one time will be better or in installments? Is it safe investment? if one wants to pay in one time as I heard there is 10% discount if someone wants to pay in one time ...

@@hanrick7133 Assalamu Aleykum Bhai. I am paying in installments as there would be difficult for me to pay all at once. Those who paid 100 % at once did get some good deals. In addition to getting 10 % off, they also got to chose location for their plot, they got some rabate on development charges and also some rabate from a construction company if they choose to use that one.
