Just watching the start, I can relate to that. 'Friends' constantly taking the piss and it does get annoying, always joking around you, disrespecting you, calling your interests cringe or not worth it or putting down your life goals, and clowning you into doing other things. mate im 68/ and have a personal trainer all ways trains me to failure. so when i train without him i now train to failure. train 5 days a week and run 6 kilometres with my trainer on saturday mornings he is my inspiration hes 30 and pushes me to the limit/ Love it and he knows ill do what he asks me in training.💪

I completely agree. I had a screentime of around 9 hours every day before i started self improvement, now I have around 2 hours a day, and use around an hour a day for online workouts, and i can tell i'm So much more productive than before.
