Greyhound only bought out TWI, not all of the Trailways affiliates. Moreover, Greyhound had (has) a corporate structure with centralized ownership that was up until the mid 1970s run as interconnected individual divisions. Otherwise, Greyhound had partial or total ownership of other affiliated bus companies and subsidiaries. Trailways was always basically a franchise operation with Continental Trailways (which Greyhound bought in 1987) as its largest member. Greyhound's fiefdoms worked together to form a seamless operation, like I said, until about 1975 when the last two fiefdoms (Greyhound East and Greyhound West) were consolidated into one whole system. From the 1930s through until 1975, Greyhound gradually consolidated its many divisions into the last two mentioned. For instance, Atlantic Greyhound, Capitol Greyhound, Teche, Pennsylvania, Southwestern, Pacific, Florid Greyhound, Dixie, and so on and so on. It was like a mansion with many, many bedrooms under one roof working together under a corporate structure. Trailways was franchise based, with each company actually individually owned and operated.

For the most part yes at their north main lot. I'll have to film buses from their Lower Richland lot to see if they still have any.

@@david123321ism Got it. I’m in the Charleston area, and between our three school districts there are a handful of each still rolling, including a few still on daily routes (surprisingly).

@ardaeh7007 Richland Two in northeast Columbia still has a few hdx running.

Its the only place where I can record these buses on north main. I do have some videos coming soon of buses on decker blvd, but I have not been much in the mood for going to places further out because I have been more busy working at home, so I record at that spot because I live not too far from there.

I remember when these were new and replace the 1988 blue bird internationals that use to ride. I liked the 1988 blue birds, but I also liked the new 2008 -09 thomas c2 because they looked more unique and modern both exterioir and interior. They still look good today exterior, though I have not been on one in over a decade. I'll miss them when they are gone.

I'll have to see but I do know it's a 2017-2018 Thomas c2. I don't like that they keep changing numbers on their buses.

@@david123321ism Yeah I know bro, I hate it too. Even back in 90’s my district kept switching bus numbers all the time. To this day, I have no idea why they do it.

I miss hearing it. The only buses I hear it from are the spare buses, and that is on rare occasions.
