I love so much that you listened to this song! Which is one that I edited a fanvideo to on my channel ages ago because I was always so captivated by the writing of this one. The stories she tells the lyrics I just wanted to bring to life and I visited The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants films to it, specifically the romantic couple were all their scenes are in Greece so it's kind of funny that I take a lake and grease and beautiful sky over there and make that the Georgia stuff and you know I found some artistic license for lyric matching but honestly so much of it I have such fun memories of matching the lyrics this song and vidding it. I really am so happy that you appreciated it for what it is and that this was the first one you chose to react to just like make my heart sing a little bit. I'm pretty sure I made my video when I was first starting College around age 18 for me and I'm Taylor Swift's age almost exactly, a month younger than her (I'm born January 1990, she's December 1989). I have been with her on this journey for a while. I agree with others who love the idea of you reacting to "Should've Said No" or "Cold As You". Both of those have always been big favorites of mine. I didn't even remember Cold As You was all the way back on her first album. I vidded it after a friend of mine perpetrated a murder-suicide and it's the most personal and therapeutic fanvideo I've ever posted to my channel and that song's status in my mind is enshrined on a pedestal as ridiculously impressively powerful and i just appreciate it so much for helping me process the single worst traumatic event in my life (although I've been through plenty of other trauma, like an abusive parent etc). I have never in my life seen a reaction to i think any of the songs on Debut until today when i saw this one and i watch SO many Taylor Swift reactions. So. Thank you got doing this. And anyone curious to check out my Taylor Swift fanvideos, a comment from someone new on any of them would mean the WORLD to me. I'm so proud of my work and have a playlist of the Taylor Swift ones.

I'm honestly disappointed that everyone recommended you listen to the Long Pond version rather than the original. It's such a powerful and intense and well produced studio version. Idk why people so strongly prefer this sad version because the angrier one is the real vision for what the song was. She created a masterpiece track 5 in the studio. This is a great version too, sure, but it's NOT better.

My favorite songs by her are: LOML, the prophecy and so long London. They are all from her TTPD album. They are all bout leaving behind an unhealthy relationship. And have super gut wrenching lyrics … you’ve been warned 😭👌🏻💖✨ that album made me a Taylor swift fan. I’m just now branching out into her other albums and I’m also really enjoying the folklore album

I think the juxtaposition of the super sad lyrics and dancy music is supposed to depict her dissociation through that season of her life

also the line 'give me back my girlhood, it was mine first' is in reference to her virginity, so it's even more impactful

6:11 "There's no room to breathe in here.." ^^^ TRULY 💯😩 Every section of that bridge is like a firing squad- taking its turn on the heart.. like a set of cannons blasting, one after the next, with the final note sinking the ship⚓ Almost equal parts devastating, vindicating, & beautiful

Please check out Ghost - The Future Is A Foreign Land, which in the band lore is written in 1969 looking to the future I think you'll really like it. Also Dance Macabre is a great song to react to as well.

Ghost is SOOO addictive. This is one of three songs that were supposed to be from 1969: 'Mary On A Cross', 'Kiss The Go-Goat', and the recently released 'The Future Is A Foreign Land'. All sung by Papa Nihil in his younger days. Of course, they are modern, but that's part of the fun, and the lore. These three songs are great but they are NOT typical Ghost. In fact, there is no typical Ghost. Most of it will relate to '70s and '80s classic rock, but it varies from pop/rock to doom satanic stuff. But almost always with terrific melodies mixed with heavy riffs, uplifting music with often very dark and even comforting lyrics.

Idk if you've listened to We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together the rock version from the Red tour when she's using an electric guitar you might like it. I miss this tour being on Netflix 😢 I watched it over and over again 😂Btw reputation is all about snakes so it might be snake skin watch a video of Look What You Made Me Do when she brings out Karyn 😂🥰 Another good song from this tour is Bad Blood X Should've Said No. She took a "2 month break" earlier this year on her current tour The Eras Tour and released a new album called The Tortured Poets Department and said for the whole of those 2 months she was practicing the choreo ready for the Tortured Poets Department set and actually didn't have a break

I was born the same year as Taylor and finding out you're roughly her age (and therefore my age) is killing me lmao. I refuse to accept this, you are my death metal dad. I do like the new camera angle, it's a little more visually interesting and dynamic. I hope cleaning up from the flood(?) is going well!
