Hey, got a MacBook Pro A1708 here pulling 5V but 0.000A so completely dead and No sign of short even with thermal camera i cant find anything shorting out. I can bearly hear a small click every 60 Seconds or so... Any Idea what could cause the Problem?

what if this ipad shut off after 2-3 min? I am not sure if this is the battery problem, so I run the iPad on the Lab power supply, but it shows this issue also. is this normal on iPad running on the power supply?

Hi, I'm someone who has worked in phone repair shops since 2017 and I now own my own, to answer your question, you can leave the glass digitizer propped up with something supporting it, leaning outwards to the right side of the device where the volume buttons are, standing up at a 90 degree angle (any angle where the cables can stay connected without stress on them) and you do the same with the display but with it leaning towards the charging port. Now you have the device in a position where you can turn on the device with everything connected and test the port without having to fully reassemble it. You could also skip the second step w the display and just set it in place without screws and hold the digitizer over on top of it without letting it stick to the frame, but the first method is very useful for me when I have to leave it alone for a moment to help a customer or answer the phone. I'm able to leave it be without having to install or disconnect anything.

I am a technician but not about soldering and stuff, I can only open and connect cables or replace parts or software workings I need help with my Samsung J7 Duo which my mom gave it to me in 2021, I had opened this device but found some white powder lying on the pins of the motherboard, and one of the battery pins are also bent, at this point what should i do? Replace the motherboard (but I cant recover files) or send it to repair? My Little sister was playing with slime when she decided it would be a good idea to dip my phone into the slime, since then it is not turning on.

My issue is the same, but another problem is that my board is not stable at 5W. It turns on and resets after 2 seconds, then tries to start again, but resets. It's frozen and keeps resetting every few seconds any idea

how much do you charge to recover data from a water logged phone, the phone I need the data off of wet swimming in the toilet. somehow it musta been the BC bud cuz I don't drink fall down drunk medication but I do ingest a lot of weed, anyway I need the data off the phone, pictures and maybe if possible the videos I had on my phone
