Sorry für eine etwas späte Antwort. Die Wartung bei den Verbrennern ist grundsätzlich genauso wie die vorgeschriebenen Intervalle von BMW für den Motor K1200RS. Alles über den Motor hinaus muss auch vergleichbar so gewartet werden wie bei allen Motorrädern. Reparaturen kosten verständlicherweise unterschiedlich, aber der Preis beim TÜV ist genau der selbe wie bei allen Motorrädern.

sorry to reply so late for such a simple and short answer. The top speed of the vehicles normally produced is 240 kilometres, almost 150 miles. However, turbo engines have also been installed which can reach speeds of over 330 km, the equivalent of 205 miles.

@nandawasthi I also imagine 330 km/h to be like another world. in the cabin motorbike you can also imagine you are flying in an aeroplane about half a metre above the road. anything over 200 km/h is very, very fast to drive, and if you want to go even faster you need "space and safety". that's not a problem on test and race tracks, but in germany there are still stretches of motorway where no speed limit is prescribed. if you want to drive faster than 200 km/h you should have "space and safety" there too. if i have this "space/safety" with the cabin motorbike then i still only ever drive just over 200 km/h. i'm not a racer, but a motorcyclist on normal roads.

Er kann sich nicht selbst auspendeln, Das ist eine andere Technologie. In den Kurven sind Schräglagen von bis zu 52 Grad sich möglich. In dem Moment berührt das eingezogene Stützwerkrad auf der geneigten Seite den Straßenbelag. Die Reifen kommen an ihre Grenzen, halten aber was sie versprechen.

Ja das mit dem Scheibenwischer ist nicht so einfach. Die Frontscheibe ist gewölbt, vergleichbar mit dem Frontfenster von Segelflugzeugen. Bei ausreichender Geschwindigkeit perlen die Wassertropfen nach hinten ab so das der Scheibenwischer nicht gebraucht wird. Bei unklaren Verhältnissen schaufelt der Scheibenwischer auf jeden Fall ein ausreichendes Sichtfenster frei.

Durch die geschlossene Kabine ergibt sich Möglichkeit das richtige Lenken fest zu stellen, weil ja jegliche Störeinflüsse und Manipulationen ausgeschlossen sind. Wenn jemand sagt er könne nur durch Gewichtsverlagerung zuverlässig lenken, dann soll er doch bitte mal versuchen, mit fest arretierter Lenkstange eine kontrollierte Kurvenfahrt zu machen. Es gibt eben diesen Geschwindigkeitsbereich an dem für Fahrtrichtungsänderungen die Bewegungsrichtung der Lenkstange vertauscht werden muss, und das gilt für alle Einspurfahrzeuge. Das ist der Moment ab dem du sozusagen Freihändig fahren kannst.
