for me this worked: 1) Do not use the auto-fill option on your web browser 2) Do not copy and paste to enter information. 3) Try switching to a different browser, if possible. 4) Delete the cookies

Hi! Unfortunately, citizens of Iraq are not eligible to travel to the United States on ESTA. You’ll need to formally apply for a B1 (Business) or B2 (Visitor’s Visa) at a U.S embassy or consulate, but you have to schedule an appointment first. On the day of your interview, you will state the purpose of your visit to the U.S, you’ll need to provide your passport, a letter of invitation (preferably from someone hosting your stay), proof of funds to finance to your trip, bank statements that go back at least six months, the intended address of where you’ll be staying in the United States, and any other proof that shows your intent to visit the U.S merely as a tourist; and not an intending immigrant. I’m warning you from now that you may not get it on the first try. Ultimately, the decision to issue a visa is at the discretion of the interviewing officer. Good luck!

This payment system or at least the instructions to pay are such a SH---IT!!! They should write during the application process the precise instructions on how or when to pay. It shouldn't be difficult to inlcude a legend that explains that you have to wait some hours until you´re able to pay. In this video it could also be easily explained. I wonder what degrees do the people who design these pages and these systems have😤😤😤😤

I think the question on convictions is primed to make you lie, on the esta application, so. You have a one time conviction from 1990, and never been in trouble since that date. The offence you were charged with was breach of the peace in the UK, and fined £200. So you make a application for esta, and your asked if you have any convictions, based on your crime, you say no. You travel to the usa, and get stopped at the border, and get asked this question again, and lie, but the officer knows better. Now your either sent home, or go to jail, or barred from entering the usa for 10 years I think the question on convictions should have a follow up question like: Do you have any convictions [ YES ], Is this conviction classed as Moral turpitude [YES ] ESTA VISA NOT ELIGIBLE. Answer no to Moral turpitude [NO] LIST CONVICTION

Yeah, I agree. It’s like a trick question. It says serious harm to others or their property but they don’t let you know what they mean by it. I’ve been convicted of common assault but that’s not classed as serious and there’s no serious harm that comes from it but I’m still worried to tick no

I was arrested around 30 years ago, and circumstances of my crime, was down to myself being depressed. Plead guilty in court, and was remorseful, and fined £500. Now 30 years later, in full time employment, and have 20 yrs with my employer. Im now a different person, that person in my youth has gone, and hopefully will be going to the usa next year. Now all i need is to get my visa approved, and allow me to travel

Nobody wakes up and choses to get a criminal record. Some of us make silly mistakes as kids and don’t know the law very well or the consequences that come with it. Mistakes happen were human not robots. People who are grown enough to know what’s wrong and right and chose to be a criminal should be labeled a criminal. Those who make minor mistakes aren’t criminals. People change.

I payed for my Rwandan visa 105 usd. ESTA never connect my aplication ,with Rwandan Imugration. I feel..that ESTA..egzist..inly ti steel money..frim us..naive people😢. ESTA douing bad things...this is very wrong..to rubber people. I kniw..that "you" dont care to much..about my protest....but dont forget...that : In life egsist..balance. Hello, I have a question. I did an ESTA application that was APPROUVED.I will travel with my French passport (but i was born in Colombia). I put clearly on the ESTA form that I WAS BORN IND COLOMBIA but then i did find a question that said something like, "How did you acquire the other nationality?" And I put by error "trought my parents" and not "by bird" (I think that I did not understand the question) . I would like to know if i need do the whole procédure again? Can you help me please ? Canadians don’t need and cannot get an ESTA. If one is both British and Canadian for example, you have to enter the USA on your CANADIAN passport if flying directly to the USA, unless all you have is a birth certificate. If you have a valid Canadian passport you cannot get an ESTA under your other nationality ie a British one.
