Hi Jennifer - Don't forget that when you update SU24 for a transaction (like in your example FB03) you need to go back and update all of the roles that have FB03 as well. Those roles will be impacted by this change as well.

Vielen Dank für das Video, das Handling bei den Berechtigungen ist mir immer noch ein bisschen schleierhaft. Mal ein Beispiel: Ich baue einen Katalog und eine Gruppe die letztlich 2 Kacheln zeigt. Kachel 1 = FB03 (Beleganzeige) Kachel 2 = ME21N (MM Bestellungen) Für beide Kacheln ist der Fiori User berechtigt, alles gut soweit. Nun passiert folgendes, die Berechtigung für die Kachel 2 (ME21N) wird dem User im Backend entzogen. Der Katalog und die Gruppe davon nix denn die sind auf dem Gateway gespeichert. Der User klickt also die Kachel 2 und läuft auf einen Berechtigungsfehler. Eleganter wäre es doch einer Kachel eine Rolle(Berechtigung) zuordnen. Dann kann der User nur die Kacheln sehen für die er auch berechtigt ist. Geht so etwas? Der Aufwand bei Änderung von Berechtigungen wäre ansonsten enorm hoch. Da ein User nach ein paar Jahren entweder Kacheln sieht für die er keine Berechtigung hat, oder Berechtigungen hat, aber sich über den App-Finder die Kacheln selbst reinladen muss.

Kleine Anmerkung von mir: Wenn ich es nicht übersehen habe, wurde für die App vom zweiten Katalog im Rollenmenü keine Gruppe hinzugefügt. Das heißt, der zugeordnete Endanwender kann zwar die App ausführen, er sieht sie im Launchpad allerdings nicht und muss sie über den App-Finder aktivieren. Dennoch: Ich schätze die XitingXpert Sessions und Frau Jenny Schmieder sehr! Man merkt ihre große Erfahrung an allen Ecken und Enden. Deswegen achte ich sehr auch auf die scheinbar beiläufigen Nebensätze (=Tipps&Tricks). Danke.
