Hi. Big thanks for making this video - I learnt to create layered psd characters in Photoshop and to then export into Adobe Animate and Adobe for me is just tyo expensive so I was looking at a Photoshop alternative and this seems to tick the boxes. cheers

Hey, no worries. I'm glad the video was helpful. I used Photoshop quite a lot in the past, now it's been almost 6 years since I stopped. The Adobe products can be replaced.

@@Munkaa Much appreciated - I have been using Premiere Pro for video editing so I have a monthly subscription for that but for the whole suite its too expensive - I am trying to decide on a replacement on Animate and am considering Opentoonz but not a fan of the vertical timeline but might be something I will need to get used to

What do you think about animate in blender?
@DidatticaScuola3 күн бұрын
I really dont like to animate with the transform mask because it's still buggy (on after effect or procreate is way more ez) and I don't understand how its linked with the animation timeline. So I usually animate every frame but I feel like I live in 1980 xD

nice to watch this while i'm working on my own animation!

The reason it’s playing backward is because you added your first points on 0 instead what u wanna do is add your first points on the frame your animation ends then your second point on 0 Do that and your animation will move in the proper direction

How to bring up audio graphics in a Krita?
@Munkaa24 күн бұрын
Hey! I don't think Krita supports waveform, you can import audio but you can't see the waveform sadly.

have you tried Tahoma 2D? is the same as opentoonz but more intuitive. Since it's open source, someone made a modified opentoonz and called it Tahoma, adding things they wanted to have
@Munkaa27 күн бұрын
Hey there! Yeah, I have in the past when it was coming out. I haven't used it as much to be honest, at least not for working projects so I can't tell if I prefer it over the other options available. Do you use it for work?
@malahamavet27 күн бұрын
@@Munkaa no, i dont use it for work since animation is one of my hobbies, so I can't tell you if it has everything you have in Payed software. What I can say is that it had many updates, maybe if one day you're super bored you can check out the new features on youtube, they're mostly quality of life stuff like auto inbetween, auto lip sync or drawing straight lines whithout clicking the line tool. There are more but these are the ones I remember the most

Works well on Krita 5.2.2. If you fail, make sure each layer name has a different name. Thank you for the tutorial

Ah, this video is definitely a life saver on how to color efficiently. I got 3 days to finish my animation for my final project for my 2D animation class at Uni. Kirby attempting to turn Super Saiyan like Goku. Now I know how to color efficiently. Have my sub, and thank you for the explanation.

How did you make all of the pictures collapse into a timelapse video by dragging it into the programme? I downloaded the same one to try this and it didnt work, it only put the pictures in as pictures not as one timelapse video, please help.
