No, it's recommended to have a guide with you for your safety. They don't allow you to reach the waterfall if you aren't with a guide.

Hey..the difficulty level is easy-moderate..the challenging part is river crossings and just few steepy spots..and is lengthy overall..otherwise it should be manageable for those who are even moderately active...happy trekking!
