Hello Iam 48 yrs old and I got PV with Jak2. 5 yrs ago I got kidney cancer which was solved by surgery (GFA/GFR 56-64). I do bloodletting every 2-3 Months but now I changed doctor and she tells me to change to a treatment with Besremi. GIven the poor durability of CD19 CAR T in the majority of patients, the move to Tri and Bispecific CAR T targets needs to be accelerated. Further, current CD19 CAR T obvious needs to be combined with other treatments. Bispecifics after CAR T seems obvious for maintenance soon after CAR T. You will have no problem finding patients for such trials.
