Sehr schönes Video! Es zeigt zwei meiner Lieblingsautos: der BMW 325i und der smart roadster. Meine Mama hatte den BMW, der geht unheimlich gut und ist leicht. Wir sind mal einen Urlaub die original Strecken der Rallye Monte Carlo gefahren. Das hat unheimlich Spaß gemacht. Sie hatte das Auto 18 Jahre und danach hatte ich es noch zwei Winter. Den smart fahre ich seit 20 Jahren und auf jedem km Spaß pur. Der BMW ist stärker beim Beschleunigen, der smart liegt sehr tief und geht besser durch die Kurven. Also bei der gezeigten Strecke kommt der smart locker mit dem BMW mit.

Quick tip. Keep your hands on 3 and 9 for spirited driving even if you have to twist your arms, you won't be able to react quickly if you always relocate where you grip the steering wheel. Your steering style is not smooth.

This is what cars and driving are about. Many people would laugh at a Smart, but does it matter? Of course not. No egos being pushed here, you both only do what you know you have the skills for. Nothing but respect to you two. Great to see people like this in the car community.

why are you running a staggered setup? the car doesn't have a tendency to over steer from factory and the square setup is more than "safe" enough. The rear camber being at 2" or so stops any unwilling slides

The 16'' Spikelines are 6'5 wide in front and 7' in the rear. From factory, roadsters with these wheels are fitted with 205/45/16, which in my opinion, is too much for this little and light car, especially in front. So I put a bit narrower tire in front to make the car feel more nimble and that the width of the tire was more in line with the width or the wheel. All of this, keeeping the ability to pass the annual inspection in my country.
