Acá manejamos Carretes en lugar de Atriles con el Coiler y tenemos problemas con el aterrizaje las espiras se traslapan y ovacionan reventó es tenemos que aflojar dando jogueo pero esto a ocacionado accidentes

Muy baja. Con 8 pasos el trabajo redundante es muy elevado. Tus clientes o tu mismo deben tener frecuentes reventones.

Bueno, pues al propietario de la empresa le daría mucho placer ver que su maquina puede producir mucho más de lo actual. Si observas detenidamente, no hay puntos inseguros en todo el cuerpo de la máquina, incluyendo el recogedor trefilador.

Que grado de acero están corriendo, me imagino que es bajo carbono, el decapado mecánico no funciona con el alto carbono, nosotros dejamos de utilizar orbilix daña el material.

Se está trefilado acero 1049. (0.49 % C). El decapado mecánico funciona perfectamente con el alto carbono. Contactame y platicamos. Sobre el tema.

@@oscarsierra3774 dejamos de utilizar orbilix por muchas reclamaciones de clientes, se les fracturaba el material igual utilizamos 1055 grado de carbono, trabajamos con decapado químico.
