Challenge! I like this format more. I get bored doing the same exercises 4x then move on to second set. This change things up a little. Thank you!

Improper plank, as butt a bit high and upper back is arched. Hands under butt in flutter kick indicates weak abs. So do swinging of legs in the Russian twist. Good thing you didn't call the abs the core. The core is comprised of the stabilizer muscles, not the abs. There needs to be a slight tilt for ankle wiggles to be of benefit. Think wood chopper.

Crunch done wrong! Bending neck not good. Pulling head up even worse. Hip too high on side plank. Can't watch anymore of this.
@morrisboris6877Ай бұрын
Those knees are pretty low for high knees Butt is way too high for a plank WRONG on what tabata is. It's not 8 moves repeated 4 times. Tabatha involves putting out maximum effort for 20 secs, then rest for 10 secs. This is repeated 8 times. Therefore, Tabatha lasts 4 mins. If you did tabata correctly, a professional athlete would be exhausted at the end of 4 mins. A regular person wouldn't last the full 4 mins.
