I always want to get in the water. Every time. One of my favorite memories is the time my daughter came down, total surprise to me. Pastor Adam looked at me on bass and said, "You wanna do this?" I love the pictures from that Sunday!

Provocative title. I put off watching this one. LOL What I love about your heart is your hunger to make the church accessible to everyone. My parents were in ministry and my private school was in the basement of the church. To me "church people" were those that held it hostage for their approved club of people who looked and thought like them. Thanks for the insight that they are in reality hypocritical, imperfect (regular in process) people who show up to church. I've been the one judging them. Imagine that. I like what you say about Joy, giving, lacking nothing. That place is fruit of the root, more like a verb not a place. It's something we do. It's meant to share, to flow. Thanks for the used/used explanation. That's me. I asked for and got it. My break from it lead to isolation and then quarantine hit. Thanks for reaching into the community through basketball, card games, seeing bands, boils/cookouts, and changing my perspective on what church people are. It was a healing word. I wrote songs about how wrong church people are...and isn't that correction?!?! To realize I am a church person. LOL geez dude.
