Thank you very much for keeping this tune alive. Stanley Bailey is my great grandfather. He could have easily been overlooked as just another fiddler, but he was much more than that. He won multiple competitions in the 30’s and learned the fiddle on a cigar box. Please let me know when you are playing around Atlanta or the South Georgia area.

Wow. I'd like to hear this with more fiddles, guitars, mandolins, etc., maybe a stand-up bass thumping away. The tuning lends itself to that.
