Good God, there must be said something about the fashion sense of these intergenerational choirs and the horridness of homogeneity. The young boys ought not to be clad as their upper classmates but properly attired in short pants with knees bared so as to visually distinguish their unique contributions. Given that all voices are equal in a choral rendering, it is so only insofar in the recognition of the unique and distinguishing quality of the contributing voices. This ought to be presented visually as well as audibly.

He has a good voice, but hearing it I'm sadly pretty sure it's one of his last performances as a boy soloist. I hope he can enjoy his new tenor or bass voice aswell and keeps singing.

Some the eight graders and graduated in later years are still sing in the choir and if you you sing in the choir after you graduate, you would get money to sing on sundays

The solo singer is great and with time he'll get even better for sure

Absolutely gorgeous singing----the soloist is one of the best I've heard. Overall visual presentation needs a bit of discipline (too much boyish fidgeting) 🥰

He's good though, and would be better without holding the score which he really didn<t need.

I won‘t need it if I was there but now I am in 7th grade and still I am in the saint pauls choir school and still singing there.

That's an excellent solo singer. I surely hope he keeps singing for a long time yet. we sang this several times but could never find a boy soloist. Too bad

I remember doing this work with three-times McDowell Fellow (Peabody) Dr. Richard Toensing and his church choir. Such an exciting composition! This performance is exciting! Bravo one and all. I love how the organist allows the choir and soloist to take the lead and the organ quietly accompanies. Most excellent!

Loved your spring concert -- spirited music making, incredible soloists, and a fine tone from the trebles. It's wonderful that you are keeping this glorious tradition alive, at the heart of the Western music.
