Poorly managed facilities, residents are often left unaware of utility issues and are not compensated for loss of use conditions not corrected by SUN staff prior to weather events which are forecasted. Frequent flooding issues from preventive maintenance not being implemented in a timely manner even when inoperative equipment is present and aware of.

I lived in Daytona, near and on A1A. The beach sand is so soft, like walking on baby powder. Takes the pain right out of your feet. (Sigh)

Been there a few times, great beach ! Hard sand and you can take a very long walk in either direction for great exercise, easy to walk, boardwalk nearby. Hotel breakfast is good but can improve.
