hahaha NOOOOOO, Qarsak is a local folkloric music of Panjshir and Panjshir only. It is not National qarsak. with all do respect to my Panjshiri brothers, by attaching the word National and spreading the word on facebook and youtube you can not make it National otherwise Hazaras can call the Yakagyari ke darom shikhali ya so song National too.

National dance is Qarsak indeed. What is attan? Read the history of it and then make up ur minds. People back then who believed and worship the fire danced around it to be closer to God. That is attan. We dont worship fire... We dont accept attan. So it makes Qarsak the only national dance. Sorry if the truth hurts :). Before commenting, research.

actually this song was sang by farhad darya, and it IS a qarsak song...because qarsak is one of the soooo well known persian style of dancing and music now our tajik compatriots from tajikistan have sang many qarsak song too! long live all the TAJIK PEOPLE FROM afghanISTAN,TAJIKISTAN,IRAN,CHINA ETC.!
