Stop thinking, just be still in the silence. Become a Mind Master! Always follow your heart no matter what, go with the flow, “don’t think, don’t ask, just dance”. Love yourself only unconditionally, just love others and everything but not unconditionally. Let nature heal you and give you solace. Put yourself first but do it from a state of heart consciousness. All you are is simply love. All everyone else is now is love. You were created out of love, nothing more, nothing less. Be kind, be open minded, the universe loves you and walks this journey of life with you, hand in hand, side by side. It loves you. It does not judge you. Do not judge yourself. Forgive. You are perfect just as you are, every morsel of you. The Universe will show you the magic if you let it in to your heart. Trust yourself, your inner intuition above all else. Me before you, me before you, me before you…..I love you, heart and soul.

I've just been listening to David Icke and he explained things great too we are consciousness having a human experience it's this body and the 5 senses that limit us and confine us but once you realise this and accept it you become unlimited. Your correct Eckhart Tolle said the same thing once you silence the mind that's space/frequency where you awaken or connect with ultimate source and everything becomes possible. It's now just about impressing this information upon my subconscious soon it will become my reality. 😄

@@ryankeegan1542 I resonated with the video, feels right in my soul. It is our mind that limits us, nothing else, nothing more. This is what I believe in my heart, but you must use your discernment. I pick out what I hear from various videos. I feel spirit guides me to videos. I know instantly what to watch, such magic and synchronicity. However, I am mindful these videos are a form of programming in itself, someone spouting out their ideas. The TV and media are just as bad. I watch no news, hardly any videos, just try and have quiet time alone. The only thing I believe in is love, nothing more, nothing else. It is the only thing that is real, everything else is completely made up. I am love. I do not believe in evil as it is not in my reality and do you know what, the moment I stopped believing in evil, people around me stopped abusing me. I just removed myself both mentally and physically away from the energy, forgave the person who had that energy attached to them and sent love to that soul. My awakening journey continues to be the most magical sacred bonkers experience. I realise we are all just raving mad and it is hilarious. I have never laughed so much. Everything is backside first, upside down. I am just so proud of everyone and continue to be a braveheart during this transition period. All you need is love and believe truly you are a mind master and you know all the answers in your soul. You have just been under amnesia and waking up slowly to a remembrance to prepare you for a new soul experience. I just see everything as a blockbuster film, we are all actors and I am just having a soul experience. The only thing I have genuinely not liked is pain and suffering. I think I have put myself through hell to get back to heaven. I am in heaven right now but here on Earth. It is a state of mind. No one will ever disturb my happiness again.

I couldn’t more highly recommend watching/reading Adyashanti. He’s an amazing teacher. One of the things he says he, “is the silence that you’re seeking already there before you start meditating?” It is of course - because it is our true nature. It’s only the illusory idea(s) about ourselves that convince us otherwise. Like he said, we are SO PHYSICALLY oriented (I am just a human being etc) and caught up in the world for form, falsely believing attaining xyz will make us “happy.” In reality, living from our true nature (Silence, Space) is the ONLY true source of ultimate satisfaction. I believe Rama Maharishi said, “if we are not aware of Peace, than we are identified with something other than ourselves.” The real work is to become more aware of how we get caught up in the world of form, and make Silence (as opposed to mind chatter) as our internal reference point. The book the Open Focus Brain really shows why this is the healthiest way to live.
