Congratulations on a great Taipei vlog series! it has been such a great series to watch with loads of information and recommendations! like I said before, the amount of work you put in from editing, captions, locations, on screen prices, voice overlay with your opinion is very much appreciated! a big shout out to Angela for her great energy and hopefully when you do go back to Taiwan you can see some special places eg; Alishan/Sunmoon Lake/Taroko national park. I travel to Taiwan for the very first time next week and just wanted to say thankyou for such a great series. well done ♥

i'm relating to this video SO HARD. mine's also stationed in oahu too, kailua specifically. and we've been doing long distance for almost 2 years now. he reenlisted for another 6 years so the long distance is really gonna suck. but luckily i've already booked my flight to see him in december for the usmc ball, and i'll be staying there for two weeks. i'm so happy i get to see him again after not being able to for so long! thank you for sharing love. we milsos gotta stick together lol <3

i also recommend kakigori toshihiko for something similar! i bought the majority of my souvenirs on dihua st - there’s a lot of little specialty gift shops

I think Food in Taiwan is as good as Paris. I’ve had spectacular French, Mediterranean, Italian, Californian America food here, as well as Nordic food, clean food, vegetarian food, as well as fantastic hamburgers, sausages, and on top of that - Taiwanese, Japanese, Thai, Cantonese food. I don’t think it’s even necessary to plan where to eat. Just get to anywhere, see where people are eating and just start eating.

No bcos I grew up going to Mexico every summer and I’d ALWAYS get food poisoning no matter how much I tried to be careful something always got me 😭 my mom told me it’s was bcos my American tummy was not built for Mexico 💀
