When push comes to shove we need to know our constitution rights, part 3 of the bill of rights 1688 1689 was unlawfully changed #UltraVires and treason. Stand your ground in the light of Lord Denning and let justice prevail with our common law and common sense. Good Luck everyone.

Back when conservatives appreciated administrative law. Now self-anointed "conservatives" in the US are working hard to burn it all down, like with the Supreme Court's terrible decision earlier this year in Loper Bright v Raimondo.

The lord among all lords, himself. He left an indelible mark on the judical system around the world. His avantguard stand and perspective shaped the legislative system we have today.

"when a court makes an error on a point of law it's outside it's jurisdiction, because a court has no jurisdiction to operate outside the law' - lord denning.

It's interesting to hear the voice of this great judicial innovator and reformer. Denning is a legend to generations of law students & lawyers the Commonwealth over.

Very interesting video. A bit outdated but it can offer suggestions for legal remediation in the context of other nations such as the USA where the Supreme Court enjoys suo motu powers.
