Absolutely true. As a mostly recreational swimmer, I love watching the teams, talking to coaches, and soaking up the incredible atmosphere. Cannot wait to come back! 🐳

Another fantastic interview of David Marsh! We love the way that David explains the "aura" that he and his team felt during their stay in Tenerife and especially in Tenerife Top Training! We wish you and the whole of your team the very best for the Tokyo Olympics this year!!! We hope to welcome you back very soon!!!

Does Tenerife Top Training centre have any swim benches like the Vasa swimming ergometers or Trainer Pro? It seems those would be great additions to the training area to compliment all the other equipment.

As a lifelong swimmers I found these tips great for a senior. It is important for me to regain strength and stamina rather than develop clinical technique and perfection. Mimicing these help me to remain a competitive triathlete as i start another season. Thank you so much coach....

Yep, you can tell this guy is a poser, he know little (probably nothing) about fitness much less sports specific training #thisguyisafailyure.

Training to mimic a movement is important Don’t like wide wide grips for chins or lat pull downs Especially bad are the behind the neck presses To much external rotation of the shoulder capsule Coach Stone

Great video! Very helpful! Lukas is one of the best trainers I have met in my life! His knowledge goes far beyond general exercises! He is the perfect man to work on your individual deficits to reach 110% of your personal best! The T3 offers great training facilities as well!

What is the 1st excised called?
@lloydy32502 жыл бұрын
@@redburban1394 It's called Lat Pull Over, but he's doing it poorly and it isn't a shoulder and 'breast' exercise. It's for lats, which is why it's called 'lat pull over'.

If anyone can, a KIWI can. It really doesn't surprise me that this bloke is a Kiwi. Check out the Britton V1000 video about the late great John Britton and his amazing mind. or Sir Edmond Hilary, A.J.(Alan) Hacket, Earnest Rutherford, etc...Dame Kiri Te Kanawa the list goes on. For a small nation it has, and continues to produce some incredible people, in a beautiful country. Onya ENZED.. Onya..
