I have tried for the first time and for the last time ever, its really hard

I'm feel what do you feel. I'm solo hiking from Jakarta to Lombok Rinjani mountain. When summit in 1a.m I already visit to top Rinjani in 12p.m yeahh it's very hard “two step up one step down” I almost give up but a long journey from Jakarta give me a motivation, this is a chance maybe I'm never again to visit back this mountain just one time

Try the highest one, Kerinci. Affordable, less touristic and truly magnificent. Especially the tea plantations around the foot of the volcano. I'll upload a climbing vlog in some weeks for reference!

I'm curious what would you do differently if you have a second chances to climb the mountain, maybe you dont have enough rest before climb the summit or you need a proper pillow and matras?
