I’m so glad to see your son wasn’t distressed as you were in labor. I don’t think my daughter would be able to take seeing me in pain. Your husband was so helpful! I wish they would have let you walk around and move as needed instead of having you on the bed since you didn’t have an epidural. It would have been a lot better for you pain wise. I only know that because of my doula. But you beasted your way through it. 💪🏾

Curly crochet hair needs to be maintained at night. You can't just put a bonnet on and go to sleep or it gets frizzy & matted. Section it off into chunky twists before bed, then sleep in a snug bonnet.

I’m so late to the game….but have been really trying to find a quick and efficient way to braid my hair down…I’ve got the invisible look down in the front…but always seems to have trouble with what to do with the back braids. My hair is shoulder length and thick as well. Most recently I sewed my braids down…buy boy that took a min. Thanks so much for this…going to try it out.

The baby stopped breathing a few times because you're on your back😭 delivering on the back makes it harder to deliver oxygen to the baby

@Jannyn6358 say it again for the back. I love how her videos address issues that are not usually explained! Like the threading ties. And I was today years old when I found out that there were different latch hook sizes. These are some of the best on KZbin! Thanks Chrishinda. Subscribed

When I gave birth many years ago there was no such things as scans! Also we went into the maternity home alone and lay alone in a room until i wanted to push. No birth partners in those days. Just me and two midwifes.

Another one that puts a straight jacket on their baby so they can't move their limbs. Babies weren't meant to be confined, or they would have been born with a straight jacket on them. What did people do 300 years ago without this stupid contraption? Oh, let me guess, they let the babies move freely. What a concept.

Thank you, again. I used this method on a lady with long hair after watching your video. Turned out splendid!! I also used tried sewing each braid to itself on my hair, it worked well too.😊 It can be rough when tutorials blow past minor details, assuming we all know or that they're self-explanatory; sometimes they are and we usually figure it out 😆 but it's nice to see it broken down. Specifically if we're not trying to experiment on someone else's head!🤣

Yay!! I’m so glad you came back to tell me this! I’m glad it worked for you and you also tried your own variation. Yesssss! It’s so annoying when other people are like… “there are so many tutorials on YT about this….” but I clicked on YOUR video … explain it again… their video isn’t your video. I try to explain things how I would want them explained to me

Their website says “Slits on the back allow for use in swings and bouncers. (Do not use in infant car seats.)” idk how to use it for that though

Did they not drop out after cutting?
@HeyChrishinda4 ай бұрын
Nope. When you crochet it, you pull it under your braids, so the braids are holding the top in place. It doesn’t take long to pull the pieces out. If you miss any crochet hair they’ll come out as you take your cornrows out

Hi! I wasn wondering how you keep these clean/dust them? I wanna get some but im allrrgic to dust
@HeyChrishinda4 ай бұрын
Hi! That’s a great question! I did not dust them. But my ideas are to; • Drape them on a hanger and rinse them in the shower. • Run some water in a sink/bathtub and agitate them very gently (move them around)…. Just push the vines into the water a few times without swirling them. That would be a tangled mess. •• Hang to dry in the shower or lay them on a towel. Hope this helped!

How do you maintain the hair I have this in my head now it's starting to get frizzy
@HeyChrishinda5 ай бұрын
I don’t do anything. I just let the style run it’s course. The only thing I do is sleep in a bonnet, wake up and fluff. You can cut the parts as they get frizzy. Some people use product.

can you straighten your hair with mini braids on, I tried doing the rubber band method to bring the length back but my hair ended up curling and I wanted to be straightened
@HeyChrishinda5 ай бұрын
Uhhhh… maybe you could. I wouldn’t. Did you start off on blow dried hair? The rubber band method? Rubber bands starting from your scalp and putting more until you get to the ends? If that’s what you did, that is what I was going to suggest. 😃

Or spray water on your hair (not the roots), then grab a few braids, pull them down to stretch that section and then blow dry each section individually! Hope this helps!
